How does shipping work?

Please note that our items are made to order and are sourced from different vendors to ensure the best selection and quality. As a result, receiving multiple shipments in a single order is common. Customers can take advantage of our shipping rates based on their order total. Most orders will arrive within 7-10 business days; some vendors take longer to ship. When a design indicates local delivery within 48–72 hours, your order will be delivered to your porch. This service is limited to addresses within the Prior Lake, Savage, or Shakopee areas.

Flat shipping rates apply as follows: 
• For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate of $5 will apply. 
• And for orders over $75, shipping is free.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times may vary; expect 7-10 business days to receive your order on all items that are dropshipped.

When a design indicates that local delivery is available within "48–72 hours," your order will be delivered to your porch. This service is limited to addresses within a 10-mile radius of Prior Lake.

We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What size t-shirt should I get?

Thanks for considering our shirts! Double-check the measurements and description for each style before ordering. Some of our shirts are slim fit and run small, so it's always a good idea to take a closer look before making your purchase. Let us know if you have any questions!

What are your shirts made of?

Accepted Answer

Most of our adult and women's t-shirts are made of high-quality tri-blend fabric that feels great and wears well.  We also offer sport-tek shirts in both youth and adult sizes - those shirts are made of a 100% breathable moisture-wicking polyester. While our sweatshirts are typically dual-blend with different blend percentages. Don't forget to read the description before purchasing to ensure you get the right fit for your style!

Do you print your own products?

Yes and No, we have sourced many different vendors to provide you with many options. Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you. We carry limited inventory locally. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

What are your refund and exchange policies?

Everything is print-on-demand, we don't stock inventory. This helps us offer more variety in our shirt designs, rather than concentrate on inventory demands. 
We only accept refunds or exchanges if there is a defect. If there is a defect, email us for instructions. If the shirt doesn't fit as well as expected, consider giving it to a friend!

Don't worry, we've got you covered! Since all our products are made to order, we'll do our best to make it happen for you. Just shoot us an email and we'll see what we can do to accommodate your request. No promises made, but worth a shot!

Do you have local pickup?

Yes and No.

We do have some items locally available; those will be porch delivered when noted on the product description as "Item is currently in stock locally and will be delivered to your porch within 48-72 hours of purchase."

Other items are dropshipped. We source multiple vendors to offer a wide range of product options. In doing so, each order ships from multiple fulfillment centers across the U.S.

Aren't you local? Why can't I pickup my items in Prior Lake?

In doing so, each product is shipped from many different fulfillment centers in the U.S. Some items are locally available and are noted on their product description. Those products will be porch delivered whenever noted.
